Hello all, I have kept fire salamanders out side up here in Northumberland for many years but was wondering if Marbled salamanders could also be kept, perhaps not the winters though. Any thoughts. John

marbled salamanders would be good, they live in colder places then Northhumberland in America! I keep them outside and I think they are okay, only problem is that you never see them because they are highly fossorial.

The fact that I would not see them does not matter to much, I dont see them in their tank either !As long as they would be OK John
