As your rearing tubs are only small if its just for air and not to run air powered filters it should be possible to do it using just a couple of standard single outlet air pumps and teeing off in to the tubs.

ive tried that but i find that all the air will take the easiest route out like if one tube is deeper than the other the air will exit from the tube that gives the least resistance ie the one closest the surface.

I´m following this thread with great interest.. I will try to breed H.arborea myself this year, so I am wondering about theese matters with air and/or circulation for eggs and larvas. I realize that I have to put oxygen in the water for the eggs, right? And for the larva´s too?

Killian have you tried using flow valves rather than just tee conectors?

No never tried those, I had a spare tee conectors so I decided to see if it worked. more of a quick experiment than anything else

if you put flow valves in you can regulate each outlet to ensure a good even flow through each.
