Nice picture.. It looks like it is growing feathers.. Being too long with the ducks, perhaps.. ;D

I somehow missed all the comments on this photo? ? The ducks are too big and fast for the turtle to try and eat. He lives outside for most of the year but I do take him in for about two months when the water is really cold. I let him just hibernate in a bucket of water in the shed!

Oh and apparently Aix dont cross breed but I know one guy that swears he has crossed them. i have seen the duck in question and she is very unusual. Its a pity she is a she as a male I would think would be easier to confirm parentage. He would also be very beautiful!
I have seen ringed teal cross with carolinas too which were nice!
