I am now a member..
My name is Miqe Erikzén, a.k.a "Miqe Morbid". I was born 1966 in Uppsala, Sweden. I am married with Thess since 2001 and I have a teenage daughter born 1988,from a previous marriage and a newborn daughter (December 2004). We live in a small village right between Uppsala and Norrtalje called Knutby, Sweden.
I have kept herptiles since the mid-80´s. By then I didn´t keep any venomous reptiles but animals like the American Cornsnake and similar European snakes. The European herpetofauna has always fascinated me, and the interest for this geografic group of herptiles has been growing over the years.
The interest for venomous snakes has always been there but, I thought that I didn´t have the nessecary experience to keep any until late -90´s. In 1996, I got my first "hotsnake", a Vipera aspis.
What I keep today:
1.1.6 Hyla arborea 0.0.4 Gloydius halys caraganus 2.2 Vipera ammodytes 1.1 Timon lepidus 1.1 Podarcis sicula cettii 0.1 Vipera orlovi 0.0.4 Cyrtopodion kotschyi
Will probably get Bufo viridis next year.
//Miqe

Man, you are really going for the convert-thing, aren´t you?? Taken from the "For sale": -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- however i happen to know that the alpine newts (mesotriton alpestris) are still available!
Maybe I should try to convert you into Vipers.. ;D
