I have also added Salamandrina terdigitata to my collection which is a real treat. These tiny little Salamanders are probably one of the most beautiful european species i shall also addphotos of these soon. Adam anuran

They are becoming increasingly more common in captivity now, I was offered some by several European breeders for pick up at the Hamm show.

they look like they are CB to which is good! they are rather pale, perhaps use the colour enhancer to get that lovely carmine red colour. or are they just pale when they are young?

The colour should develop naturaly as they age.

Herpetoculture on the continent is at least 5-10 years ahead of us especially in germany! For years the germans have been perfecting the art of breeding unusual things such as Onychodactylus, Dendrobates, Neurergus etc. I know it is possible to obtain most of these unusual stuff over there but i don't usually pass germany on the way to work so i'll have to settle for "obtainable in Britain!"
