This is the last of my animals to emerge - and considering the severity of that winter my only losses were a couple of baby nigriventris and an adult male galloti.

Hi Mark - it was my big male eisantrauti, and right at the end of the winter which is always a bit frustrating when an animal gets so far! I managed to pick up a juvenile at Hamm in March which the seller claimed was male - but he looks a lot like a she! I may have managed to source an adult male here in the UK - so will let you know in a couple of weeks how it goes.
Incidently I put the babies into a dormancy period and sadly they did not survive - the juvenile I got in Hamm has also clearly not been hibernated because it was last years young and about double the size of my babies. Hopefully this year (if I get the male) the breeding activity may take place a bit sooner and the babies will have more of a chance.
Incidently the lepidus I got from you a couple of years ago are stunning now - will send you some photos when I get the chance!
Rob
