I have got loads eggs cooking at the moment but no sub adults, folks tend to sell young ones. If you are interested in babies let me know.

hi Barb, thanks form the reply, the main problem I have with buying babies is being unable to sex them. Also although they can be grown on quite rapidly when kept in a vivarium it is much slower when kept outdoors. I will keep up my search for sub adults or adults but if I have no luck this year I may have to go down the babies route. Do you sell yours as hatchlings or do you grow them on slightly, if so to what size.

Hi Lizzerd,
Have you tried Norwich Reptile Company and Coast to Coast exotics ? Both are advertising adult and sub adult Lepidas, but probably not reared outdoors. Couldn't you aclimatise them ?
It's a pity I sold my 2 females and male last year, sorry !!

Here's another; Sussex reptiles are advertising them too. I bought my male from there and he was ok outside with the females !

Thanks Chris, I will contact the norwich reptile company for more details. As for coast to coast and sussex reptiles they both advertise lepida then say from north africa. I believe the african eyed lizards are pater or tangitanus and not as hardy.
